• In case the candidate is selected  & joined you through our services or from the resumes forwarded by us, we shall be charging @ one month gross salary offered to the selected candidate (i.e 8.33% of annual gross salary offered to the candidate) 
• Service charges shall be charged extra   as applicable as per the government regulations which is presently 10.2% of the total bill amount
• In case of advertisement released, walk-in-interview will be organized on behalf of you, we shall be charging at actual.
• Company shall be liable to release our service charges within 45 days from the sate of joining the candidate sponsored by us.

Replacement Guarantee

• We shall provide you 1 month’s replacement guarantee . If we are not able to meet the replacement within one month period, we shall refund you 50% payment made to us (if any) as service charges against the candidate left.
• Replacement shall be provided only once for a particular position / person left your organization during replacement guarantee period.

What are the Procedures / Terms & Conditions

• Company shall furnish the requirements mentioning the complete job profile including salary range etc.
• On receipt of the detailed requirements, we shall screen the bio-data and send the same to the company.
• Whenever the requirements are immediate & urgent, the resumes will be sent through email & list of the suitable candidate’s bio-data will be mailed within 24 hours to ensure prompt placement. (with / without consulting to the applicants)
• After getting the list of short listed candidates from the company’s side we will arrange the candidates for the interview as per the convenience of the company
• After obtaining confirmation then the candidates we shall apprise the company of the latest position in advance of the candidates appearing for the interview.
• Company will intimate us on any selection along-with the details of salary offered.
• In case no candidates are found suitable, fresh list of resumes will be provided.
• Any requirement after sending the bio-data remains in abeyance will be treated as temporarily withheld, if not informed otherwise.
• If the candidates are selected company shall be liable to release our service charges within 45 days of the joining of the candidate sponsored by us.
